Session Spotlight: Kelsi

We had a blast with Kelsi and her mom. Kelsi's older sister had been to our studio a few years ago for her senior portraits. When Kelsi walked in with her cute cowboy hat, we knew just the pose for her. Here are some of Kelsi's shots from her great session.

Session Spotlight: Sid

Sid was just a fantastic person to work with. He was open to anything and everything we wanted to do. He played a fun tunes on his guitar for us and then towards the end of his session we headed down to the warehouse. On the way back found this cool old truck that was partly sticking out of a garage. The light was hitting the truck just perfect, he took a seat, and we got these great shots.

Session Spotlight: Katie

Katie came in with a friend to their session about a week before her own. Jenna was photographing her friend, and told Katie about an idea she had been wanting to do. Sure enough, Katie brought in the perfect outfit a week later to her session, she was handed a red umbrella and in the end got a really cute shot. Katie was great and open for anything. Here's some of our favorite shots of Katie.

Friendship add-on

Posted On Dec 19, 2008 in . There are comments.

Whether it's your dog, cat, brother, sister or best friends from grade school, friendship sessions can be added to either Standard or Extended sessions. For only $25, a friendship add-on also gives you an additional outfit, background and about 15-20 minutes to your regular indoor session.

Prom season is here! Some helpful links

We always enjoy seeing the beautiful prom dresses that come through the studio each year. It seems like each year has a certain flavor to the dresses. This past year was bright, bold and sometimes even patterned, which was so cool to see. We had a few girls in that told us about a store down in the Chicago area named "Peaches Boutique". It sounds like quite the experience. Imagine a store only dedicated to formalwear that is 10,000 square feet and stocks over 10,000 dresses! What these Verona girls did was on a weekend they all got together with their moms, made a trip down to Peaches, and all came home with Prom dresses! They said it was a blast and a really fun day. Check out Peaches Boutique's website

Another way we hear of alot of girls getting their prom dresses is online shopping. Here's a website that has everything from vintage dresses, homecoming dresses to designer inspired dresses.

Happy shopping!
